The Family Resource Network, funded through the Ministry of Children’s Services, provides programs and services to children and youth 0-18, parents, caregivers, and families. The Family Resource Network Hub receives and responds to referrals to ensure seamless access to prevention and early intervention services for children, youth, and families. Programs and services include a continuum of universal, targeted, and intensive service delivery to enhance Child Development and Wellbeing, Caregiver Capacity Building, and Social Connections and Supports.
